Natalia Oreiro and Fernán Mirás were present at the exclusive preview of Cadena 3 at Cines Dino of “Casi muerta” (Almost dead). “It’s a comedy to have a good time, come with family, friends, have fun and be moved,” Oreiro told Geo Monteagudo, who presented the event. Mirás, meanwhile, spoke of the protagonist of his second film as director: “I love her as an actress and we wanted to do something together, she was a terrific character for her. It’s dramatic but it’s funny.”

If we go to the black box of your life, what is the moment that makes you the person you are today?: “As a girl I was much more sure of what I wanted. At that time I left high school, I left my boyfriend. .. my parents thought that I would run back in the week and I knew that I would not. Today I want time to breathe, to realize that it is necessary to stop, to enjoy the simple things. That which you forget in the maelstrom.”

After the avante premiere in Uruguay, the movie “Casi muerta” had its premiere in Argentina. The screening was realized in Cinemark by Dot Baires Shopping, where a lot of celebrities came to enjoy this film starring by Natalia Oreiro and directed by Fernan Miras where it reaches to the cinemas on July 6th.
Upon learning of Mirás project, the Uruguayan actress did not hesitate to join her cast. “We were shooting Reloca, where we were a couple with Fernán, and he had just premiered his first film, “El peso de la ley”. It is a drama with a lot of humor and I loved it. And I thought: ‘This guy is a good actor, a good person and a good director,’ so I told him to count on me for his next movie for whatever character he is. When he called me, I said yes before reading the script“.

Although she composed different types of characters, including some very dramatic ones, Natalia Oreiro always stood out in comedies. The Uruguayan actress does not doubt that with a good script it is easy to make people laugh and cry. “What it takes is a good director,” she confesses. For this reason, she did not hesitate to accept the leading role in the second film directed by actor Fernán Mirás, “Casi muerta”, which will be released commercially on Thursday, July 6. “What interested me the most was the director, because I really wanted to work with Fernán,” says Oreiro, while recalling that he shared the cast with the actor who played Tanguito (Tango feroz) in Re loca, where the actress played a woman who, tired of the routine, she gave a radical turn to her life.
