On August 26th, 2009 Natalia along with Diego Perretti arrived to Viru Viru Airport in Santa Cruz, Bolivia. On August 27th, at the afternoon it was held a press conference at the Taruma Yotau Hotel, where she posed for the photographers next to the pool. On August 28th, the Tatu Tumpa Awards was held and Natalia Oreiro, Diego Perretti and Assumpta Serna was awarded with a Tatu Tumpa “A estrella Nuestra” Award. She took the opportunity to highlight the growth of cinema in our country. She said: “My country, Uruguay, is growing a lot in terms of film production and so is Argentina. Thank you all, thank you to Ibero-American cinema.”
